I saw “Teneo Sentiment and intensity English” as one of the lexical resources. May I have some information on how to use it?
Good morning, Clara! You’ve discovered one of our advanced features which we haven’t yet documented at teneo.ai. We focus mainly on the basic concepts to help users get started.
There are some wonderful use cases for applying sentiment analysis in your solution which of course make much more sense in a live system with masses of real user data. I would direct you to a recent article we posted that describes working with sentiment/intensity within a solution, as well as some other components you may find useful, such as detecting offensive language and controversial topics.
